You can just redownload it from the market.

Unfortunately you can't get your progress back as that isn't part of the .apk.

Sorry I got it back, is was backed up on my phone the whole time (dumb titanium backup putting stuff at the bottem.). I would have to pay to get it again, as it was free with the phone.

Yes, by default apps that you have backed up but not installed come at the bottom of the lift.
