Hi, asowill, welcome to Android Forums! :)

Could you give us a bit of info... what country are you in/who is your network carrier/was your phone locked to a network before you rooted/how did you root?

If the phone is still working,I'd prolly recomend to supercid and s-off. You can then convert the phone to a European x.xx.405.xx unbranded ruu to be stock.

Some of the smaller carrier ruus are not available, and its difficult to even look without knowing your original main version or build number (we need the yyy part of x.xx.yyy.xx )

The phone still working , only going into HTC logo only and It got recovery 5.8.1.
i can get into recovery and wipe or format . every rom i install, nothing happen. the screen just go black. please help me out.

Thanks

you are prolly just not having luck with your rom flashes since you are s on. as such, you will need to flash the boot image seperately to complete the rom install. there are some more specific directions on that here:
http://androidforums.com/rezound-all-things-root/499172-how-manually-flash-roms.html#post3933292

the thread is for the rezound, but the principles apply. the concept of booting recovery does not work,so youll need to follow the directions to flash the boot image, wich are,in a nutshell:
1)find boot image
2)put boot image into adb/fastboot directory
3)place phone in fastboot
4) flash boot image with:
fastboot flash boot boot.img (assuming the image to be named "boot")

at this point your rom should boot. if not,try a fresh install:
-verify md5 of rom download,if possible
-boot to recovery
-wipe data/factory reset,wipe cache,wipe dalvik cache
-flash rom
-flash boot image as described above

at this point, installing a rom is the best way to get your phone working again. the second getvar all you provided lists your main version is 1.80.502.3,wich is not your original. it is a us cingular(at&t) ruu, wich is not compatible with your H3G__001 cid. our only course of action is to open up a few ruus and see if any of them are compatible,so at the moment an ruu is not really an option.

last and not least, once youre back to a working phone, youll just need to follow the steps here in order to s off and supercid: http://androidforums.com/desire-hd-...-s-off-simunlock-supercid-inspire-4g-dhd.html

good news! this ruu may work for you(assuming your main version is still 1.00.000.0):
AndroidRUU | The #1 source for Android RUU files

im downloading it now,and will check it out.

if you wish to try it,youll need to relock the bootloader, and then start the utility with the phone in fastboot.

you can also extract rom.zip in this manner:
the .exe utilities can be finicky,so if you have trouble getting it to run, you can extract "rom.zip" in the following manner:
-start the utility
-check the "i understand" box to move on to the next screen
-hide the utility temporarily out of site
-search your C drive for "rom.zip". you will find it in a temporary location(it will be in a different spot each time you run the utility)
-open the folder location, and transfer rom.zip to a safe location on your PC.
-unhide and cancel the utility, youre done with it.
-rom.zip can be renamed to PxxxIMG and flashed in hboot, from a FAT32 sd card

you can rename rom.zip to PD98IMG and flash from your sd card,or you can flash rom.zip in this manner:
if youre working with a booted, operational phone, you can flsh the file in the following manner:

-open a cmd window

-change to adb/fastboot directory
cd c:\foldername
(cd c:\mini-adb if youve used any of my guides :))

-place the zip file you want to flash into adb/fastboot directory

-enable usb debug, disable fastboot, plug in phone

-check for connectivity
adb devices (should return serial number)

-boot to fastboot
adb reboot bootloader

-check for connectivity again
fastboot devices

-flash the file
fastboot erase cache

fastboto oem rebootRUU (will put you in ruu mode, black screen silver htc letters)

fastboot flash zip zipfilename.zip (will send and flash the file. dont interupt it while the cmd window shows its writinging, and the green status bar is moving on the phone screen)

*sometimes a file will fail with a pre-update error. this is normal, just enter again:
fastboot flash zip zipfilename.zip
and this time it will finish

-when you get "finished" and "OK"
fastboot reboot-bootloader (takes you back to fastboot)

-reboot back to the OS
fastbooot reboot

you can use this if you dont have an operational phone as well. you just need to manually put the phone in fastboot(select from hboot menu) then skip the "adb" commands and start with fastboot devices

edit:

sorry, doesnt look like that one will work. the cid contained within does not match yours :(

was your phone working before you unlocked and flashed a rom? or did you unlock to try and fix a non working phone?
