The average size of S4's gif goes from 8mb to 10mb, so it might be a little too heavy for MMS.
Whatsapp or mail will be your best choice.
Future gif production advice:
Use the trim feature right after you shoot the gif, try to limit number of frames within your animation. So if you have someone waving hand, you could limit it to one set of motion, back and forth, rather than repeating it multiple times. Trimming frames will help reduce the file size noticeably and automatically, more friendly share file size
