My HTC Hero will not animate the maps from weatherunderground.com. I subscribe to this service and is a big setback for me. I need the animation to make predictions. Is there a setting I need to make this work or is it simply a problem that isn't important enough to fix. I use Sprint but fail to see why that would be the issue although I have read elsewhere it might be but it doesn't explain why my old phone would animate and this one doesn't. Is there any help for me?
