I was one of the guys who actually watched Dragonball Evolution :eek: :p :D .If they do something like that to Bleach ,I am pretty sure fans and non-fans will rip them off anyway .

There are quite a few animes/mangas that involve different versions of Shinigami some with more traditional type Death God or Grim Reaper roles like Death Note. Others are responsible for keeping some form of balance in the world like Bleach or Soul Eater.

I understood the variety in Shinigami lore, I just never made the connection.

You can use a slow drying paint on my avatar. BTW, you're newest one is a scream! :) Nice.
 
You have no idea how difficult it was to find a pic of Yoruichi and Soifon I could use as an avatar here that didn't have some stupid writing on it or would need to be censored :eek:

Ahh black and white the true colors of a death god :D

So I watched the 4th Bleach movie (Bleach: The Hell Verse) it was pretty good, you get to see a full hollow Ichigo and how powerful he is in that state, plus it shows him being even more powerful (and being able to control it unlike his hollow state) at the end of the movie with another state, no spoilers here :)

And believe it or not, _precisely_ a key point in selecting that avatar. I was looking at Ryuku originally, but it hit me that would be an impersonation.

With his skin tone it almost reminds me of the banned loony tunes and Disney cartoons of the past that were banned for stereotypes :eek:

I don't think obito would be old enough to be tobi. He was only 10 or so when naruto was born so leading the attack would have been difficult. My guess is Kagami

I have to give credit where credit is due.

I didn't think that they could do a worse job on a character than Guy Sensei. In fact, all the Cloud people leave something to be desired.

Anyway - at least it's time to be off the boat and moving the action forward. :)

Killer Bee is worse :) .Hachibi is receiving short end of stick though

Darui , Kinkaku ,Ginkau and third Raikage in FSWW were devastating
 
I like the thumb's up and the ping that goes with it. I like his drive. I get he's a good guy at heart.

I also get Guy's personality seems one sided. :)

B's skin tone? I think he and his Kage are modeled more after Hulk Hogan.

Funniest guy from the Cloud has got to be the dolt with the sucker. The stuff he worries about lays me out.
 
So this talk about Guy makes me think of Rock Lee. Has anyone read any of the spinoff Rock Lee manga? Rock Lee's Springtime of Youth

Anyone watching after the credits at the end? Some of the follow on stuff is better than some episodes. My favorite has been the reference to Pervy Hedgehog.

Just watched the 3rd movie. Agree the fourth was better but it it still beat a lot of things I could have spent that time on. Overall, I liked it for the unusual character reactions to the situation.

Is there an eyebrow meme I'm missing? Anyone watch the Fooly Cooly series? Sorry to go OT, but had to ask if they were related.

I love the omakes !!! :) .Though I have skipped all the fillers . Last episode I saw was the Second Kage meeting just before journey (The one with the Enka Concert )

Bleach is very near to the manga and they have good fillers unlike naruto (They could show First ,Second or Third Ninja Wars or How Kakashi gained the Mangekyou )

I love FLCL I've seen it too many times ;) both subbed and dubbed! And read the manga. It was the only anime I could force my sister to watch so now she has a very odd view on what anime is.

/bleach DDR
I didn't like the DDR movie that much but I watched it on a cell phone so it might be better with a bigger screen
