Root anker and rom question

Right now I'm breaking in the anker battery full and discharge it says to do it 5 time on 3 time but I want to switch Rom can I still do with out messing the anker cycles up or should I wait also whats a good rom for battery life beside digitalkarma and decks reloaded

Ps I already know works diff on every phone

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about charge/discharge 5 times.
I had the Anker brand battery and maybe did it twice.
I also wouldn't worry about flashing a rom now, the phone will "learn" the battery stats after a couple more discharge/charge cycles.
That's just my opinion Use it like you normally would, flash your rom, keep using it like normal
