We are proud to announce VisualGDB Android Edition - a Visual Studio addin that allows developing and debugging Native Android code.
You can use our 3-step wizard to create basic NDK-based projects, clone NDK samples, or import existing projects.
Once the Visual Studio project is created, you will be able to develop and debug the app smoothly:

- IntelliSense will show the JNI functions correctly.
- You can easily deploy and debug the app using the new Android menu.
- Debugging the native code with Visual Studio debugger is as easy as debugging normal Windows applications: call stack, threads window, watch windows and many other features will work just like they do with Windows apps.
