Help Annoyed with this phone - issues

I hate to say it but this phone is a TOTAL P.O.S. :mad: I am experiencing nothing but issues with the phone freezing, being slow, displaying the number instead of the name from my contact list when receiving calls. I have rebooted the phone and did a factory hard reset numerous times. While rebooting the phone by either pulling out the battery waiting for 10 seconds or push the power button, the display is stuck on the ATT "RETHINK POSSIBLE" for couple minutes - literally its about a 5 min reboot. After rebooting the device, it is fine for an hr or 2 depending on usage before it starts acting up again. This problem has occurred about 2 months ago but after setting up a new motorblur account it has been fine up until last wk. Dont get me wrong this phone is awesome and would like to keep it longer but lately its been very frustrating.
Phone has never been rooted or anything, running 2.3.6 and have about 6 apps.

I switched over from an iphone less than a yr ago which was a great move but now got me thinking of going back. I really don't want to switch back to an apple but I am very frustrated with this device and I'm not eligible for an upgrade anytime soon. Any help or suggestion is much appreciated.

Sounds like some sort of defect on the phone itself. Sucks having to swap phones, but I would return it as defective.

As for the Caller ID, mine always shows the name as it is in the contacts along with picture.

Phone seems to be fine for now since I reboot it earlier this morning. As far returning the device, I doubt it att store or motorola will doing anything since I've owned it for about 10 months.
 
I've had my phone since April 2011 and it takes about 10 min. from powering on, before its up and running. I contribute this to all the apps I have that run at start up and widgets and emails I have that updates at this time as well. Most times, it can stay on the Rethink Possible screen for like 2 to 5 min. But since this appears to be normal for how my phone is set up, I think nothing of it. I do hope you get it working though, the Atrix 4G is really a great phone. I love mine.

Your phone comes with a 1 year warranty. I suggest you use it.
This phone has been basically flawless in the 18 months I've owned it.
