So all of the sudden I started getting random notifications that pops up on my screen saying unfortunately with tv has stopped. Over and over and over again. I didn't down the app and when I search for it I find nothing. Please help me make this stop.

What phone have you got there? Does it have a TV function in it?

Did you try going to setting>application manager >all then tap the menu button and select reset all apk preferences.
If that doesn't correct it check the screen mirroring options in setting and make sure its off.
