Annoying adds on desktop, cannot get rid of TouchPal app

So I'm running into the same issues so I disabled the app didn't change anything so I uninstalled it and still nothing changed even when I open my recent apps thing TouchPal will be there but I can't click into it or anything it's just stuck there and won't go away any thoughts on how to resolve this
