Help Annoying Internet Problem

Just wondering if any of you all are having/have experienced this problem before. Every time I want to get 3G on my phone(Droid RAZR), I have to reboot my phone. Sometimes when I'm browsing the web or listening to internet radio my 3G will just suddenly stop working and I have to reboot again. It's a REALLY annoying problem. In terms of if I'm getting coverage or not, that's not the case. Many friends at work get 3G in our store, and they have the same carrier as me(Verizon). Anyone else experiencing this problem? It's been going on for about a month/month and a half now. I even tried to turn on roaming and that still does nothing.

I don't believe it's a problem with my phone because my manager is having the same problem and she doesn't have a RAZR(but has Verizon)

There have been outages over the last couple weeks (months?) with their service. I have read that it has to do with upgrading to 4G, but I honestly am not sure what all is doing it. You aren't alone, though.

As other has indicated it is a verizon issue most of the time; this happens to me (plenty of bars but no data access). My understanding is it has to do with how they implemented network authentication for the device (which annoyingly means that it can work for your neighbor/friend/persons standing next to you while it is not working for you). Also given that the device will 'frequently' need to reauthenticate it means you can be connected one minute and kicked off the next.

Mind you this is a bit of speculation since verizon has been less than kind to devulge the exact nature of the issue and how it impacts the device but it seems to match the pattern I've seen and as well as others.
