annoying screen icon

Hello,

Since I got an update to android 12 I get an icon on the left top of the start screen.
After a few seconds the icon disappears automaticly.
Clicking on it does not open anything, removing is not possible and I have no clue which app or system generates it.
My daughter with Samsung Galaxy A53 has the same problem
Anyone have an idea ?

Camera ready? Camera check? I did a google image search and came up with nothing.

What I forgot to mentioned is that the icon appears during startup and each time after a wakeup.
When the icon appears on top there is also a grey icon on the right bottom. Swiping this to the left opens the camera.

try wiping cache and data for the camera app. and reboot the phone.

It may just be part of the boot up process, which cannot be altered.
Since it goes away I wouldn't worry about it

Perhaps it is part of the booting process, but that doesn't explain the presence of icon after the screen comes back from sleeping mode
