Annoying voice feedback

Been very pleased with my S3 so far and usually if I have a problem, I can have a look through the settings to find the solution. But I have an annoying voice feedback that speaks when I open a folder on my home page or close a folder or pinch the screen to view all of the home pages at once. It says things like "open home page screen edit"-"Workspace 4 of 7"-"Folder opened"-"Folder closed".
Any idea how to turn this off?! Thanks!

Turn off TalkBack in the Accessibility options (in settings)

It's not on it only talks when I do something with folders on the home page and open up the homescreen as a whole

Have you installed 'lightflow lite' to manage your LED function? The accessibility for this messes with the talkback preferences. I don't think there is a fix for this yet other than uninstalling the app, unless anybody else knows of a fix...?

Oh yes I do! Hmm maybe I'll just have to put up with it but at least I know what it is now, thanks

Turn off Driving mode.
