Sorry for yet another Kies post, but I've been on Google for over an hour and can't find a thing. I'm running Windows 7 64 Bit btw.
My phone won't connect to Kies, as usual, it just gets stuck on connecting, despite the fact that my computer recognises the phone (appears in Computer, can browse files, etc).
I've uninstalled Kies and/or the phone drivers a few times, and whenever it happens, I plug the phone back in and it attempts re-installing the drivers. However, one always fails; SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem. Windows says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)". I'm starting to wonder if it's possible that some apps on the phone are conflicting? I have never rooted/flashed/whatever your technical terms are btw.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
