Another newbie!

Hi everyone, Just upgraded to my HTC Desire and just love it. My previous phone was a HTC Touch Diamond and I hated the awful touch sensitivity (sometimes too sensitive, sometimes not enough). I love the new touch experience with the Desire and large screen. The availability of apps is phenomenal and I will exploring them soon. The only thing that is causing me a little aggro is that I seem to have to re-charge the battery much more often than previously - maybe because I am using it a lot at the moment as it is new.

Looking forward to using this forum as it seems to have some very useful stuff

My desire Z.. took a couple cycles to settle in.. now it survives (24 hours) to next morning with 20% battery left.. moderate call, text usage (use data & wifi too) enabled almost always.. but if i use it for video (20 mins and pictures) then i have to charge later that night.. mess around with the display (i.e. wallpaper and brightness) as the screen eats the most battery life..
