Help Another program trying to open dl'd file

Every time i download an app anywhere andtor try's to open it and install it. How do i reset the phone to where it opens it up like it normally should?

I looked and cant find anything. AND YES i know i made the problem. I accidentally hit the remember button and andtor at the same time. OPS...

Tried that did not work. Its not biggie i know how to get around it was just hoping to go back to the simple ways. (it works when its not installed. LOL)

Ill figure it out some day.
