Help another screen lock issue after update.

In a bit of a just-woke-up fog, I agreed to the update and upon restart...my beloved puzzle piece is gone and here is some odd locking system where I have to swipe my finger over to unlock the phone. Because of it's sensitivity, I decided that it wouldn't be the greatest locking mechanism in my purse, and changed it to a pin unlock.

Except this pin unlock is just not working for me. But I can't seem to get rid of it....(check screenshot).

Who is the remote admin and how can I choose none or pattern unlock? Or get that silly swipe to unlock screen back? I don't understand why this isn't an option, or why there's not option to even get rid of the pin.

Wish I could just uninstall this entire update...

Thanks to whoever has any suggestions!

edit: Looked into the issue on other devices, need to delete corporate e-mail accounts...just wanted to update in case anyone else has a similar problem and isn't an Android-genius.

This is becoming more and more common actually... Corporate email accounts are allowed remote administrator privileges on a device, although in the past most did not use them, but with more and more people allowed to use the BYOD concept for work stuff, this is one of the ways corporations are dealing with security concerns in the enterprise by enforcing mobile device security policies. Expect to see more of it in the future, not less.

BTW, read a list of the stuff "remote administrator" privileges is allowed to do in android... it is kinda scary, they can even remotely wipe your device. So if for some reason you get fired, in theory, the IT department can not only wipe all traces of corporate synced data to the phone, but can wipe ALL data on the phone completely and without you doing anything or being able to stop it (after all, you did approve the permissions when you setup the account). So imagine you go in the office, get fired, step outside to call someone and you phone is at the setup screen and factory defaulted... it can and will happen, the cost of the BYOD policy.
