I'm a a long time Oovoo user on the PC and the android version sucks! It doesn't work going from phone to PC & PC to phone. You can't see each other and is slow.
You need The 3.0 beta for the PC in order for it to work. It's pretty rough around the edges. I'll stick with Tango for now until Skype or Oovoo get proper video chat going (with Bluetooth headset support).
