Help Anoyiing rotation problem...help(htc one sv)

Hello, im new to this forum and im having a little trouble... well its a big issue... i bought a htc one sv from boost like a month ago and never really had issues.... till it started to rotate(from portiat to landscape on its own, but when i wanted it to rotate, it wouldnt..... now it does it ALOT for 2 weeks, if the phone is charging and then rotates on its own it stops the charging, ive tried recalibrating the sensers but noo luck, when in landscape it only has one senser and, some times once it rotates to land scape it stays that way for hours, i did a factory reset and noo luck either, i did notice that it started after i did an updat before the last 2 (dont rememberthe versions)

would really appreciate it if any one could help

turn your phone off, completely OFF. then set it on a level surface and reboot it. do not touch it or move it until it completely finishes the booting process. give it like 5~7 minutes without touching it and see if that fixes the issue. oh and do it while unplugged, just on battery power

if it doesn't work the first time, try again by taking the battery out for 2 minutes and then rebooting
