Answer call with proximity sensor

I'm looking for an application that allows answering a phone call simply by picking up the phone next to your ear - using the proximity sensor.
Ideally it will also detect when the phone is initially in your pocket when a call is coming (with the same sensor) and not pick it up from there.
The closest thing I found was "ShakeCall" but it does not work properly (requires me to bring the phone TWICE to my ear before answering, which just looks stupid).
There's also "Smart Answer Call" but it's not very popular or reviewed, costs money and cannot be evaluated.

Also while I'm at it, is there an app that will automatically lock the screen at the end of a call, if it was locked when the call came in?

I used "QuickAnswer - Smart Answer" application, but if we put our phone into our pocket its pick it (enable answering) so i remove it. But i think this kind of app will useful when you drive a vehicle, because of you need not press or drag anything just close phone in to your ear and answer.

They are applications, they can't think, only use command. .
