Help Answer delay or lag with Gingerbread

Since I got the Gingerbread update I have a lag between the time I press the button to answer the phone and the time the person on the other end can hear me. i'd say its about a 5 sec. lag. and it is very annoying. has anyone else experienced this?
 
Now that you mention it...whenever my brother calls me this happens. I thought it was his iPhone 4, since he was having problems with it...but maybe it's the N1.
 
I get hangup lag. I hit end and the phone freezes for 5 seconds or so on the call screen, but the call remains connected. You can imagine the danger/embarrassment with that.
 
i had this kind'a problem with my n1 on CM7 ,but it seems they fixed it ...good boys .

i'm thinking that it might be from the system ,maybe a minor glitch ...who knows ?!
 
Hi guys...
I see this thread is innactive for few months... But I decided to write somthing, looking for help.

I am having this terrible call lag, delay when answering my HTC Sensation XE for 5 seconds.
I am running Stock ROM. Has any of you managed to find solution for this problem?
