Help answering call?

Hey when my phone is on standby and off.. and a call comes in... do i have to slide it unlock to answer it? i just bought it. seems like you have to. seems kinda stupid. and i wish there was a way to not have the slide lock in the first place. my old htc dream , all you had to do is hit the home key 2 times to get it working. annoying..

Yup you do sadly. I guess it stops it getting answered by accident in your pocket but yes it can be a bit annoying. I have got used to it now tho.

Well thats what we are here for. Have a search first (altho I confess I don't love the search function on this site) cos we were all new once and have asked lots and lots of questions. If you can't find it then fire away.
