Help "Answering" calls with text

Hello. I just got the S3 and was wondering if there is an option/app where when someone calls, there is the standard options: answer - decline, but then reply with text? My last phone, GNex had it and it was very useful. Thanks in advance.

Example:

Welcome.

Select phone icon....
Menu ... (bottom left of touch screen)
Call Settings ....
Call Reject Messages....


Pretty sure that's what you want.

Thanks for the reply OUB... I messed with, edited the stock replies, but not sure if this option is available when anyone calls. I think it's just for whomever you set it for. Right?

Basically what I want is: The phone rings, I look and see who it is, decide I don't want to answer, and have the option to send a text instead of just declining the call.

Example: "busy, ill call you back"

The GNex had this built in and I loved it. I just got the S3 and would love to have it again.
