Root Anthrax kernel installed - now what?

I have a rooted EVO 4G running mikg 3.11 and just installed Anthrax build 9. So far all seems to be running great thanks to all the great info on this sight. What apps should I be using, if any, for the kernel? I've seen apps like setcpu and system tuner but is there a preferred app?

I use rom toolbox pro to adjust settings if need be. Here is a great link describing the parameters of governers, modules, etc. Lots of info, sometimes overwhelming tho.
Just fyi, the way the Anthrax kernel I have came, is what I run with..did not change a thing.

I think the majority of people use SetCPU, but there are other apps that do it as well.
