They are selling crap software and making fake PR for noob users just to scare them and sell more antivirus.

Yep, I don't use antivirus apps either. You don't need them as long as you download apps from the play store.

A battery rating of good is the normal battery rating. You don't need an app to show you this though, it should display in the device settings

Google scans it's market on a regular basis for malicious code. As long as you are downloading from a trusted source such as google you are fine.

The real threat would be some sort of zero day attack in the wild and in that case the antivirus apps aren't going to be able to recognize it anyway. So they'll provide 0 protection.


In the end, knowing what your downloading and where it comes from is all you need to be safe
