Is there any app that can allow you to stream music through a wireless bluetooth headset?
Any developers know if it is even possible?

If you have a DROID, then it already supports streaming to a A2DP enabled device. This would include bluetooth stereo headsets.

going by this link, the HTC Hero does support bluetooth A2DP. And since it's from HTC themselves, I would assume it's correct.
