Just one question, if you don't mind, who pays the developer of that app, who maybe is a private individual who has spent many hours of his, or her, time making that app in the first place and putting it on the Market for a small price in the hope of funding future development?

Will you be paying full cost to them for each and every app you sell at 10p?

I'm closing this until the OP further explains this scheme. How exactly are you getting these apps and how are the devs being paid?

To me, this sounds like you are pirating apps and reselling the APK - which is a big no no.

OP, please PM either myself or EarlyMon to discuss the matter, and if all checks out fine, I will reopen this.
