Any Apps for playing PS2/Computer Roms?

I've downloaded quite a few different apps and none seem to be reliable. :/ Most either don't work or require Bios to be downloaded, which I can't find a reliable download for.

Anyone know any stable, reliable apps?

That's usually the problem, because BIOS ROMs are copyright and can't legally be included with emulators without the written permission of the copyright holders, e.g. Sony. We can't help you with that here, forum rules and DMCA(AF is a US site), other than to say you're expected own the original console or computer and can dump the ROMs from that.

There are a couple of emulators where the ROMs can legally be included, Sinclair ZX Spectrum is one. Amstrad gave permission for this, non-commercial only.

Even on a full-blown PC, PS2 emulation isn't great. At this point in time, your best option is to pick up a cheap PS2 and the actual game.
