Any apps to find underground music?

I really like using Pandora to discover new music, but there is a lot that they still don't have. I listen to music from all around the world. Japanese, African, Spanish music, European metal, which is a huge spectrum in itself.. I want to break into music from other countries but I keep searching for music Pandora doesn't have.

Maybe my problem is that I don't typically listen to a lot of mainstream music? Right now I'm trying to find Russian black metal. It must exist. What's more metal than freezing to death in summer? Lol

Any tips on getting my music fix would be greatly appreciated!

Jamendo leads the group with a strong intro! Listening to some awesome metal song in a language I can't quite make out. Spanish maybe? But European Spanish. Or Italian. This is exactly what I was looking for. TYVFM! :D
