Root Any chance? (launcher-less Rise)

So, I've got a Rise in front of me. It's got no launcher, stock one was removed with Titanium Backup and then it got factory reset without it getting put back. That means it's not associated with a Google account either. ADB is not an option either, it's not recognized so it must be turned off on the phone.

I think it's only good to prop my window open at this point, but figured I'd ask in case someone knows something I don't. Is there any way to revive this POS?

Not without ADB, I'd say, or a sideload capable recovery. Does it at least give any errors/give an option to get into Settings when it boots? I've had launcher errors that I could still get into settings.

Easy way: i have been in ur situation a couple of times. If u have wifi or service then gl info settings and click on the syncing add account thingy then add ur google account and u will hopefully get a app update notification and viola!!
