Root Any chance of network unlock for spectrum?

There's quite a few people who have posted on and off about swapping to different carriers. I'm not sure how often they frequent the forums though. I'd subscribe to this thread and hopefully one of them can tell you how to do it.

Miui works with china telecom. There's a file. Can't remember the exact location. But its something like apns.conf and it has carrier info. That might work for you.
