Any data outages in metro NY?

Is it just my phone or is Verizon experiencing some problems with their data today? I even factory reset my phone and still have intermittent/no data. Anyone else having problems?

No problems in DC. Plenty of LTE here.

No issues w/ Sprint LTE/3G/etc in NYC.
