Root Any easy way to change the call Answer Screen from Slide to Buttons?

The title says it all. I prefer the Buttons to answer a call instead of the Slider. I'd like to find a way to just edit or replace the phone (dialer?) apk, rather than use a 3d party overlay. All the ones I tried are really laggy or place a picture over the usual answer screen (that you can still see for a second). They are: Slide Answer Unlock; myLock droid phone tools; Tedd's Droid tools; Ultimate Call Screen HD; and Settings Profiles Lite.

I'm using the latest CTMod 3.80 -- which is great!
