Help Any fixes for SkyMap yet?

Anyone know of any fixes for the Incredible for the backwards Google SkyMap problem?? I see from this forum that it is a common problem and has been for a while but have seen nothing about fixes

There probably will not be a fix until HTC releases a software update. When that will be is anyone's guess.

I hope HTC isn't turning their back on the Inc 2... I switched from a Droid X, and as my luck and wonderful timing always dictates, the Droid X gets gingerbread soon after I stop using it. And I haven't heard or read much about any updates for the Inc 2. Maybe I'll switch back to the X, and hope the Inc 2 gets GB.... hehehe

HTC is working on an update that will most likely come before the 2.3 update.

Yep. Seems most updates are pushed down. Usually takes some time after the update is released. You can also try checking for updates, but that doesn't always do any good.

Rumor I heard was GB in August, but honestly, I'm doubting it. Maybe an update that will fix this issue though. We shall see..
