Any good app to modify lock screen timeout?

When an Android phone has the display off, if you tap the power button to bring up the lockscreen, you only have 5 seconds or so to unlock (or input something) before it blacks out again. Are there any good 3rd party apps that allow you to extend this 5 second period? Thanks!

Have you tried widgetlocker. Its not free but its worth it. Lots of things to customize. It has a screen timeout for 10,15,30 seconds and 1 and 2 minutes

Yeah I was thinking about that. Used to use it on an old phone but it bugged the phone... probably my new Nexus can handle it much better. I couldn't remember if it had that option. Thanks!

No lock gives you the option of no lock screen and on and off of the feature

I actually stopped using WidgetLocker for the same reason. It seemed too laggy, and slower than the normal lockscreen, but its had alot of update and seems to be alot better.
Also try adding themes, you can customize your lockscreen alot more now with different sliders too.
