Help Any good icon packs?

I am looking for a pack of GOOD icons, it has to include all the MAJOR apps like Phone, Browser, Gmail, Market etc...
 
These are my favortes so far - Upojenie by *SoundForge on Devianart. My one problem is they ma not be high enough resolution? They seem to be pixelated on my screen (using bettercut) but I think I must be doing something wrong because they are meant for an iphone?
