Any Good Web Filter Apps?

Hello all,

I've searched the forums for something similar but couldn't find it...

I'm looking for a good app that will monitor all incoming data traffic on my phone and filter it for pornography. I've found apps in the Google Play store that do this, however, they require me to use their own web browser, (such as K9 Web Protection). I'd like to use the stock web browser in my TMobile Galaxy S2.

I'd like an app that simply monitors, in the background, the incoming data and filters it for pornography. I did root my phone and installed Titanium Backup, which would allow me to uninstall the app at any time.

Is there any way I can prevent Titanium from doing this? If I get an urge to look at porn, I feel I'll just uninstall the web filter app...

Thanks for all you're help!

A 'filter' is the application of a set of rules on a data set. What rules would you want your webfilter to apply? I.o.w. you will need to define, very precisely and completely, what constitutes 'pornography' for YOU. You will have to sit down and wade through a couple hundred possible XXX videos and images, and mark each 'acceptable' or 'unacceptable' to teach the webfilter app what rules you want it to apply.
Are you ready for that?

No, but I was hoping there would be a program that would act in a similar way to the "net nanny" browsers but allow me to use the default web browser. Oh well...
