I have very good contacts at AT&T after 12 yrs with them.
Unofficially, 4.4.2 is the last version of Android that they'll push out to us. Most likely because the Note 4 isn't far off. That's all I know.
I mean they won't just stop supporting the device, they will keep pushing updates out to us.
I agree, just passing on what I heard. Rumor is may go straight to Silver L for Note 3 and others.

I would actually be surprised if we got Android L. I mean I will be happy it just seems like a huge update.
I might have a Note 4 or some other device by the time that update goes live though![]()
I haven't seen anything, but I like 4.4.4 on my Nexus 5. Would sure welcome it for my Note 3.
Main reason why I purchased a Nexus.
Android L won't be much on a Samsung. Most of the gimmicks of L have been part of TouchWiz for a long time, like lock screen notifications. The white UI has been in TW since 4.1.2 on Samsung devices. Might mean more on a Nexus. Most of the cool stuff Samsung gives us pretty much made the Nexus boring to me.
