Help Any issues using the LEDs as a flashlight?

Has anyone had any issues leaving the LEDs on (using Lampu) as far as heat from the phone?
I can assume there was a reason that HTC didnt allow the LEDs to be on for video recording....
Not sure if its just current draw or possible heat/damage to the driver circuit for the LEDs...

It's more likely to damage the leds themselves, especially if they are being over driven. LEDs are very sensitive to excessive current. I'd imagine that most flashlight apps on most phones are fine, but it's possible that some apps on some phones could be a problem. I try to limit the amount I use it on my phone, but I'm being overly cautious. It's alot cheaper use use a keychain light, than replacing the flash on my DrInc. But anything less than a minute is fine, and is probably not an issue under half an hour.
