Any photo apps with more flexible post-processing?

Hello, I'm looking for a photo app that has great flexibility in post-processing.
I've checked out Camera360 Ultimate, Colour Touch, Vignette, and Photo Illusion so far.
What I'm looking for specifically is an app where you can control fx, like Tilt Shift, with more precision. I'd like to be able to determine WHERE to orient the focus, and HOW WIDE the blur should be, while looking at the photo. I also want a post processing program that I can adjust the Brightness, Saturation and Contrast while looking at the photo. Vignette can adjust it, but I have to set the levels with guessing, and then look at the results.

I'm aware that you can use the tilt shift in the camera mode while taking pictures (I am using the HTC Sensation), but that is frustrating, as it has to be adjusted before I take the photo. I want to take photos while life is happening, and the process them later using precision control of Tilt Shift fx.

If it helps, I am coming from an iPhone and was using TiltShift Gen on that platform. I loved that simple little app! All the photo apps I've found so far do so many things, but not what I want.

Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

Hmm, I'd like more control than PicSay Pro provides. I guess what I'm looking for is an app that does Tilt Shift really well.

The way that PicSay Pro is limiting is that I cannot rotate the tilt/shift effect, say to go from corner to corner. I also can't control how wide the unaffected area is, it has a set width. I'd also like to switch between radial and linear modes. All of these I can do in the built-in camera application, but I am somewhat frustrated that it doesn't allow for the same effect in post-processing.

It was my favorite photo tool, and I can't quite get the same control with these options yet! Any other apps out there for this?

So, Fish Bowl doesn't seem to be an editor, but more of a photo album manager. Not quite what I'm looking for. Looks like I might have to export to photoshop :p

Export to PhotoShop might be a good idee :)
Because Android photo editors downsize the resolution of the pictures.

As I know, Photo Enhance Pro is the only editor which saves edited photos with its original resolution.

Photo Enhance is great! This is exactly the level of control I'm looking for, multiple sliders that affect an immediately visible change on the photo. Now if only they had Tilt Shift I'd be satisfied. Do they have that in the Pro version?

Thank you for the suggestion!

No, (I have the pro version)

but the dev is very open for good proposals :) Send him an email.
A few weeks ago, he put a new feature in his app for a poster.
