Any Possible Way To Use Playstore Icon Packs?

the lg g2 you can set custom icons to any app. is there a way to use the downloaded icon packs from playstore like you would use in nova launcher or apex.
 
Download the app "icon changer." It lets you use any icon packs from Google play. I've been using it to change Samsung's hideous touchwiz icons for a long time now
 
I found also, that some of the ones you download, or even some themes have icons built in. I'm using Apex, and if I long-press, hit edit, I can select the icon, and then pick where I want to load a new icon from. Then I can select an option if there, and browse their icons (Minimalistic Theme I downloaded, for example, is in the list). Worth a try.
