Any problem if insert 64GB memory card?

I have new device samsung note 10.1 2014 edition with internal memory 32GB. I plan to buy memory card with size 64GB.
Any problem if I insert memory card 64GB in my device?
What best memory vendor for that device? (for this time I planning to buy SANDISK Ultra SDXC 64GB Class 10) *Need advice

I put the Sandisk Extreme Plus 64GB in my 32GB 2014 edition LTE. No problems.

I have a 64GB class 10 SDXC in mine and it works perfectly.

I put in the SanDisk 64GB Class 10 card in the day after buying the tablet, recognized the card immediately on a restart. Go for it.
