Any regret going from Note to Note 2?

Hello, considering to trade in my Note for Note 2. I guess some of you have done it. Any regret? Any problem with the Note 2? I suppose Note 2 might have a higher chance to have the next generation of Android OS supported than the Note. I compared my Note with somebody's Note 2. Under Calculator, my Note seems to rotate faster than her Note 2 when switching between protrait and landscape modes. I do not know the reason.

Is it possible to have "Black crush issue with Note2?" returned as a separate thread? Somebody may know the answer but is not interested in "Any regret going from Note to Note 2". In that case, I lose somebody who could provide me the answer. Thanks.
FWIW, I was using "Screen Adjuster", to manage my at&t Note's "over saturated" contrast/color levels...not an issue with T-Mo Note 2, and only had to use "Normal" or "Movie" mode to get the pq where I like. This from someone with a calibrated Panny plasma.
I went from a non-LTE Note 1 to a LTE Note 2. I compared the Note 1, Note 2 and the Iphone 5 in some basic side by side tests. I updated my Note 1 with the latest firmware.
Rotating Portrate to Landscape : Note 2 was faster than Iphone 5 for some webpages and vice versa. Note 1 was the slowest.
Loading webpages : Note 2 was noticably but slightly faster than Note 1. Note 2 and Iphone 5 was again similar.
The biggest improvement I noticed between the Note 2 over the Note 1 is the faster speed between switching between apps and and/or going back to the home screen. The extra ram in the Note 2 makes a world of difference. It is much more responsive. The Note 1 drove me nuts when I would press the home key but I would get a black screen for up to 5-7 seconds before getting back to the home screen. It made the experience feel very laggy.
There is almost no lag with the Note 2.

I own the Note 1 and a Note 2.
I prefer my new Note 2 as it's faster, the camera is better (no pink spots or focus issues) and I haven't experienced any black crush issues.
The fact that it is slightly more narrower than the Note 1 makes it easier to hold. The S-pen functionality has improved, however I still prefer to use my S- pen from my Note 1 in a holder Kit as it is more comfortable to use.
Both phones are great, you will have to decide if these improvements are worth the upgrade.

I have the Note and Note 10.1. I just recently got my Note 2 and still playing with it. It is actually a much more better experience overall compared to the original Note.
Camera is more responsive on the Note 2. My Note LTE needed to wait a few seconds to write before I could take another pic.
Too many apps running bogged the Note and caused it to lag or crash. I have no such issues with the Note 2.
S-pen is more responsive on the Note 2. It gives a way better experience than when I had my Note. My Note LTE would lag sometimes when using the S-pen.
I also don't notice any black crush issues with the Note 2.
The only thing I did not like is the auto brightness setting for the Note 2. It is not as visibly bright as the Note LTE.
Edit: Geez, how can I forget the battery life? It's way better than the Note. I can actually last a good day with heavy usage on the Note 2. I was actually surprised at how much better it really was.
