Root Any Sense 3 roms for htc desire

is there any roms for desire that looks like sense 3

They exist. The All Things Root Guide sticky post in Desire All Things Root has a link to an xda thread that collects most Desire ROMs. You'll find a section there.

You will need an ext partition on your card, as the ROMs will be too big to fit in the phone's system partition so will need this as overflow space.
