Any sim compatable phones with the Razr?

The short story, I'm in Az. from Pa. for the next few months and I broke my Razr Maxx HD. I called my carrier who is a little town hole in the wall place and won't give me another phone unless I'm there in person. They said that ATT and Tmobile razr's that are unlocked will work if I just swap my sim. I can't find a used phone with those carriers. Is there another phone that my sim will work in? Thanks!

They are called NEP Wireless in N.E. Pa.

They're a GSM carrier AFAIK, partners with AT&T and T-mobile. Any phone that has US GSM cellular bands and is unlocked should work. CDMA phones will not work.

Would this phone work? The reason I ask is that my carrier told me it had to be a previously active phone.
