im so interested in the tablet, keyboard dock, battery life and fastest tablets are the main reasons.
just wondering that is it a good idea to use android tablets to take notes for classes? because i dont think there's Microsoft office for android systems..

Actually, the Amazon free app of the day today is an office application, as it happens. It's not an official Microsoft app, but it does have the ability to open and create word, PowerPoint and excel documents.

There's also google documents, which is Web based and supports a number of Microsoft formats.

Supernote would be super handy for a student (I made a thread on it here in the Prime area, check it out) and was tailor made for students.

Quickoffice Home also gets pretty high marks and would be useful.

I'm going to get this, half for media consumption and half for student productivity. SuperNote looks incredible and exactly what I need to do away with most notebooks for my classes. I'm also really excited about ICS stylus support so that we will finally deserve. The only thing is, will the Prime's hardware work well enough? Regardless, I plan on using it to take notes. It would just be a much smoother experience.

I use the original Eee Pad Transformer to take notes in class and it works great, I'm sure the Prime will be even better. I use DropBox + OfficeSuite for my notes, but I also just purchased MobileNoter since I use Microsoft OneNote all the time and work and want to try that as well.

SuperNote is great and free of course, Polaris Office is a big pain in my opinion, I used it for a couple of days and quickly started looking for something better (which wasn't difficult to find). The Transformer's keyboard, battery life, and low weight are outstanding and make it far better than anything else in my opinion. To me the only thing that comes close is a MacBook Air, which weighs the same and is much more powerful, but is more expensive, no detachable touch screen, etc...
