Root Any Suggestions on a good BT Gamepad?

Hey this isn't a tech question, but considering that most bluetooth controllers require root to work, I decided to post in this section. I'm shopping for a bluetooth gamepad, but have come across various reviews saying that they weren't compatible or that it didn't work for them. Does anybody here know of a gamepad that is compatible with the admire? Also, there are a lot of gamepads out there: I was considering the gametel, icontrolpad, or possibly the nyko pad. The only thing that I don't like about the nyko is that it doesn't have a clip for the phone. I'd prefer to have one with a built-in clip so I don't have to fumble with balancing the phone on the train. Anyone prefer a particlar one that works well? Thanks for the help!

Went for the gametel, cuz I found it for 30$, as opposed to the icontrolpad, which after shipping was gonna cost somewhere around 90$! The verdict: TOTALLY AWESOME! I can finally play my android like a gameboy ds (with the built-in clip), The hardware buttons, once mapped are WAAAAAAYYYY better than smudging around on the screen (for emulators), and it actually helps make fpse, mupen64, and every other emulator run a lot smoother. Not to mention that obviously it feels better to press buttons! Highly recommended. The icontrolpad's way overpriced (though looks a bit better in terms of quality and options- that one has analog pads), so until they drop in price or other options come along: shoot for the gametel. You will not be disappointed.

Yeah, I've tried the wiimote as well, but found out that the wiimote app doesn't work with most samsung phones. I didn't try the wiimote with the "bluez ime" app, or the "sixaxis" app; you might have some luck with those apps in trying to pair the wiimote. The gametel has its own app that makes it really easy to pair w/ the phone. I'm not sure if their app would work with the wiimote. I guess it's worth a shot- the app is in the market. Anyway, when I first tried the gametel, it didn't work at all. Then I went to a forum about the gametel online, and missed that you have to go to "settings>other>" and allow input device- on the 'oid emulators. Duh! Then it worked beautifully. My suggestion would be to try the wiimote w/ the bluez ime app, and/or the other bluetooth keyboard syncing apps that'll come up if you search for bluez ime, then try to see if it'll work with the gametel app... I know the wiimote app doesn't work, so don't bother; unless you got some tricks up your sleeve, and I know you do, 2gig. Other than that, amazon's got the gametel. They usually have it up for 50$, but I got lucky and found it there on sale for 30$. It works well. It would be nice to have analog pads, but not for 90$. Which is how much the icontrolpad (which has analog) costs, and as far as I know- you can only buy it from their website. (I think that the nyko and the moga gamepads-which are cheaper- have analog also, but from what I've read and saw, they look like crap) On a side note- the icontrolpad company also has the nerve to accuse gametel of biting off their hardware! Ain't they ever heard of "free enterprise???" That's like when apple tried to sue samsung for design infringement for the gs3 (and LOST in court). Gimme a goddamn break apple, and stop trying to strangle the competition! Don't be mad cuz androids are better!:p
