Help Any update on when EU is getting ICS?

Hi,
When is ICS 4.0 available in Europe for the XOOM? Are there any retailers in the USA who will ship to EU?

Should I get the 3G AND WIFI version or will wifi only suffice for a good net connection in any EU city?

As far as 3g or just wifi, I have have the 3g wifi and like having the ability to be anywhere and get online.
