Any way to boost speaker volume?

I was VERY happy with the speaker quality on the original ZMAX. The speaker on this phone isn't bad... but it is nowhere as good as the original ZMAX. I can imagine that if you're only familiar with cheaper phones and their speakers you'll think the ZMAX PRO is great, but coming from the original ZMAX it's a let down.

I have tried different settings in the DOLBY app but nothing really boosts the sound. Anyone know of any apps that can overdrive a phone speaker?

I wouldn't boost the sound. You'll wear the cheap speaker out and it will crackle.

SpeakerBoost in the play store. I have used it across four phones including this one. It can be a bit glitchy every once in a while, but it is usable. Just be careful boosting past 30%. Listen for distortion, and if you start to hear it, lower your boost.

Maybe root will come. Then TWRP Then flash viper4android or Dolby etc...

Place phone down. Place a regular sized coffee cup. Styrofoam or paper cup open end right behind speaker to coral the sound and direct it forward.
May not be what you need but works well in a stationary setting

Buy a cheap Bluetooth speaker with built-in rechargeable battery. It costs less than the repair cost of the phone when you burned its speaker.

Dolby Atmos works best with headphones, but it could help increasing the rear speaker volume. But I don't know whether it's bad for the speaker if we use it regularly.

From my experience the last decade in the jailbreak to root world. If we haven't gotten it by now this late after the release we will never get it. I'm hopeful cause it's a great budget phone but there is zero dev work on this device

If we don't find root KingOroot or KingRoot will eventually

Equalizer Fx app. It's on Playstore too. Just as good as viper4android if you can't get root
