Help Any way to fix this?

Any way to fix this without replacing the screen? I had my phone on the counter when i was cooking and spilled cooking oil on it and it went inside the screen..I've been having it stand up so that it goes down to the bottom but doesn't look like its helping much.

If you were an experienced technician, you could disassemble the screen, clean it and put it back together. But if you try it, I'm afraid you'll end up with a damaged screen and more damage inside. It can be fixed, but you'll have to pay a good repair shop to do it. (They'll probably replace the screen - the charge for the labor to clean the old one would be more expensive.)

Oh, god, the screen of your phone was very abnormal. There is only one way to fix it -- get it replaced. The screen is already damaged.

Thanks for the replies. I figured the phone is not very expensive so wouldn't be worth getting repaired so i just ordered a new phone
